A six course dinner with beverage pairings. The dinner is based around South America and specific traditional dishes with our own spin on it. Each course will have its own country of origin and a small back story. This event will be held at the wine bar inside The Carlile Room across from the Paramount theater.  The service will start at 7:30pm.
